Smartphones have radically changed the everyday aspect of our lives from banking to shopping. Medicine is the next frontier with cloud computing and machine learning.   With the power of smartphones, people can diagnose an ear infection or heart rhythms to an app that can monitor your health. You will not be seeing a doctor virtually which could shave thousands of costs.

This should raise security issues about hacking personal information.  People are also worried that the patient-doctor relationship will be cold.

Now you can get a secure video consultation with a doctor for about $30-$40.  On the average one in six doctors, have already have been using apps to request house calls or have a virtual consultation. In some cities, you can even request a house call to suture a wound.
