Rebecca recently retired as an attorney specializing in medical negligence cases. She continues with the firm as a paralegal. Her experience includes representing patients and/or patient’s families for the harms suffered as a result of negligent medical care as well as representing medical care providers being sued with such allegations. As a result, she understands the analysis required by both sides in contemplating the probable outcome of a medical negligence case. Handling medical negligence cases requires an understanding of the impact such as case has on a patient and their family.
On a personal note, Rebecca enjoys reading, hiking, and frequent traveling with her husband, Dan.
”In over 25 years of practice on the defense side of malpractice cases, Jeff Mitchell is the attorney I fear most. He takes very good cases. Jeff has the medicine and the applicable literature down cold. He is without a doubt the best cross-examiner I have ever seen. I have paid his clients a lot of money over the years.John M.Fellow Attorney
”Nathaniel never gave up, even when the other party was playing foul. He represented me when three other lawyers told me my case was a losing battle, and we won. He is kind, yet will make the other party soil their pants in fear for messing with you, and get this - his rate is decent and fair for the work he does. Nathaniel works with integrity and professionalism, which is why I think he is one of the last good lawyers in San Francisco.Marna P.Former Client
